Jouw bodemkennis inzetten én steeds meer verantwoordelijkheid krijgen? Als Medior/Senior Adviseur Bodem in de regio Gorredijk adviseer je over uitdagende bodem- en milieuvraagstukken. Je werkt aan projecten die direct invloed hebben op de inrichting van de leefomgeving. Wat ga je doen? De functie van Medior/Senior Adviseur Bodem draait om het oplossen van uiteenlopende vraagstukken rond bodemkwaliteit en gebiedsontwikkeling. Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je aan bodemonderzoeken, saneringsvraagstukken, grondverzet en milieukundige onderzoeken. Je beoordeelt onderzoeksgegevens en bepaalt welke aanpak technisch, praktisch en juridisch het beste past. Daarbij gebruik je jouw kennis van bodemwetgeving, de Omgevingswet en relevante richtlijnen. Ook adviseer je opdrachtgevers over risico's, vervolgstappen en mogelijke maatregelen. Binnen jouw projecten ben je een belangrijk inhoudelijk aanspreekpunt. Je stelt onderzoeksplannen en rapportages op, begeleidt onderzoeken en bewaakt de voortgang van projecten. Daarbij heb je contact met onder andere overheden, bedrijven, aannemers en ontwikkelaars. Je kijkt verder dan alleen de onderzoeksresultaten en begrijpt welke gevolgen bodemkwaliteit kan hebben voor bouw- en ontwikkelplannen. Afhankelijk van jouw ervaringsniveau krijg je ook verantwoordelijkheid voor offertes, projectbudgetten en de inhoudelijke begeleiding van andere bodemprofessionals. Hierdoor biedt de functie ruimte om jezelf verder te ontwikkelen richting senior adviseur, specialist of projectleider bodem. Jouw werkzaamheden - Adviseren over bodemkwaliteit en milieuhygiënische bodemvraagstukken; - Voorbereiden en begeleiden van bodemonderzoeken; - Opstellen van onderzoeksplannen, adviezen en bodemrapportages; - Beoordelen van onderzoeksgegevens en mogelijke bodemrisico’s; - Adviseren over sanering, grondverzet en gebiedsontwikkeling; - Bewaken van projectplanning, kwaliteit en financiële voortgang; - Begeleiden van minder ervaren adviseurs binnen het vakgebied bode.
