In deze functie ben jij een belangrijke schakel binnen onze praktijk met 14 kabinetten. Je zorgt voor een warm onthaal en een vlotte organisatie van de dagelijkse werking, zowel aan de balie als achter de schermen.

  • Onthaal van patiënten en bezoekers op een vriendelijke en professionele manier.
  • Informeren en begeleiden van patiënten.
  • Telefonisch contact: afspraken inplannen, wijzigen en opvolgen.
  • Beheer van de agenda en inplannen van afspraken.
  • Dossieropvolging en administratieve verwerking.
  • Ondersteuning van de algemene praktijkorganisatie.
  • Ervaring als baliemedewerker is een pluspunt, bij voorkeur in een tandartspraktijk.
  • Kandidaten met een relevante opleiding zoals medisch secretariaat of een andere (medisch-)administratieve richting komen zeker in aanmerking.
  • Teamspeler, graag samenwerken, planmatig, goed georganiseerd, patiëntgericht, rust en vriendelijkheid uitstralen, kunnen omgaan met drukte en stressbestendig zijn, nauwkeurig werken, oog hebben voor orde en structuur, communicatief, flexibel, vooruit denken en initiatief nemen waar nodig.
