Dan is deze vacature bij Daelzicht iets voor jou. medewerker en cliënt in beeld Voetzorg met betekenis Zo ziet jouw baan eruit Als medisch pedicure behandel je zelfstandig uiteenlopende voetproblemen, zoals likdoorns, eelt en ingroeiende nagels. Je kijkt daarbij niet alleen naar de klacht, maar hebt ook oog voor de cliënt en wat diegene nodig heeft tijdens de behandeling. Je geeft cliënten en begeleiders voorlichting over goede voetzorg en hoe voetproblemen kunnen worden voorkomen. Wanneer dat nodig is, overleg je met of verwijs je door naar de arts. Een behandeling kan voor sommige cliënten spannend of lastig zijn. Jij weet daarom op een rustige en passende manier te communiceren en houdt rekening met eventuele angsten, beperkingen en uitdagingen van de cliënt. Uiteraard werk je volgens de geldende hygiënerichtlijnen en zorg je voor een veilige en professionele behandeling. Je krijgt bij ons de ruimte om zelfstandig te werken, je eigen agenda te plannen en écht aandacht te hebben voor de persoon achter de cliënt. Maak kennis met een doelgroep die je verrast met hun eerlijkheid, humor en bijzondere manier van communiceren. Je werkt zelfstandig binnen jouw vakgebied, maar staat er niet alleen voor. Je werkt samen met een collega-pedicure en hebt contact met andere disciplines binnen het behandelteam. Waar ga je werken? Je gaat werken bij de behandeldienst van Daelzicht. Daar zijn alle behandelactiviteiten voor bewoners en cliënten samengevoegd. De behandeldienst bestaat onder andere uit artsen, psychologen, paramedici, verpleegkundigen en doktersassistenten.
