The posting

Als meestergast werk je overkoepelend voor onze garage – waar terminalvoertuigen worden hersteld – en het VPC – waar nieuwe wagens (cargo) worden hersteld en aangepast. Dankzij je doorgedreven kennis van autotechniek kan je problemen snel in kaart brengen en junior collega's begeleiden in hun leertraject.

  • Het uitvoeren van diagnoses aan wagens waarbij complexere problemen worden vastgesteld die door de collega's niet meteen kunnen worden opgelost. Dit voor zowel nieuwe wagens en modellen als het wagenpark waarmee dagelijks wordt gereden op de terminal zelf.
  • Hierbij kom je in contact met alle soorten modellen en types van personenwagens (frequent: merken uit de Stellantis-group, Dacia, Renault, Ford).
  • Het actief doorgeven van je kennis door junior collega's te betrekken bij je werk.
  • Je functioneert intern als kenniscentrum en aanspreekpunt omtrent automechanica. Je draagt je kennis over aan junior collega's, zowel door uit te leggen als door mee na te denken over concrete cases en te doen waar nodig.
  • Opleiden opvolgen en evalueren van nieuwe medewerkers, zoals junioren en stagiairs.
  • Je hebt minstens 10 jaar ervaring als mecanicien, met een sterke kennis van elektrische circuits. Je bent expert in het opsporen en verhelpen van storingen met behulp van een diagnosecomputer. Ook full electric voertuigen hebben geen geheimen voor jou.
  • Je hebt een passie voor het begeleiden, aansturen en opleiden van juniors in de praktijk.
  • Je bent een rolmodel met voorbeeldfunctie waaraan junior collega's zich spiegelen.
  • Je werkt in daguren maar bent bereid om af en toe een vroege of late shift mee te draaien wanneer de operationele nood echt hoog is.
  • Je kan goed om met druk en houdt je werktempo in het oog, terwijl het leveren van proper werk jouw prioriteit blijft.
