Onze klant is een Belgische specialist binnen de voedingsindustrie met een rijke geschiedenis die teruggaat tot 1950. Vanuit de Gentse kanaalzone produceert de onderneming hoogwaardige voedingselementen voor zowel traditionele en industriële spelers als de particuliere markt.

Door tientallen jaren ervaring heeft het bedrijf een sterke expertise opgebouwd in productietechnologie, procesbeheersing en innovatie. Tegelijk blijft de organisatie vooruitkijken en investeren in nieuwe producten, technieken en toepassingen om aan de veranderende noden van de markt te blijven voldoen.

Je komt terecht in een hoogtechnologische productieomgeving met ongeveer 200 collega's. Hier zijn productkwaliteit, veiligheid en innovatie dagelijkse prioriteiten. Voor de technische dienst betekent dit een omgeving met geavanceerde installaties en een grote variatie aan technische uitdagingen.

Als Meet- en Regeltechnieker ben je een belangrijke technische schakel binnen de productie. Je zorgt ervoor dat meet- en regelapparatuur betrouwbaar functioneert en dat processen nauwkeurig gemonitord en aangestuurd kunnen worden.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Meet- en regelapparatuur onderhouden en herstellen op elektrisch, elektronisch en pneumatisch vlak
  • Technische storingen analyseren en doelgericht oplossen
  • Meetapparatuur kalibreren, afstellen, ijken en programmeren
  • Defecte onderdelen in de werkplaats demonteren, testen, herstellen en opnieuw gebruiksklaar maken
  • Preventieve kalibraties en onderhoudswerkzaamheden uitvoeren volgens planning
  • Nieuwe meet- en regelapparatuur testen en mee instaan voor de correcte indienstname
  • Meedenken over modernisering en technische optimalisaties van installaties
  • Technische documentatie en gegevens correct bijhouden
  • De voorraad van technische onderdelen en materialen opvolgen
  • Werken volgens de geldende procedures rond veiligheid, kwaliteit en hygiëne
  • Periodiek deelnemen aan wachtdiensten en permanentie op feestdagen
  • Je beschikt over een diploma Elektriciteit, Elektromechanica of Meet- en Regeltechnieken, of bent gelijkwaardig door relevante ervaring; ook een A2-profiel met de juiste technische bagage komt in aanmerking
  • Je hebt technische interesse in procesautomatisatie, metingen en regeltechnieken
  • Je bent verantwoordelijk, nauwkeurig en een echte teamplayer, maar kan ook zelfstandig je opdrachten opnemen
  • Je beschikt over een sterke Nederlandse talenkennis omwille van de veiligheidsvoorschriften en bent bereid om periodiek wachtdiensten en permanenties op te nemen
