Voor een familiaal metaalbedrijf, actief in diverse sectoren, zijn we door aanhoudende groei en toenemende vraag op zoek naar een meewerkend lasinstructeur. Met meer dan 100 jaar ervaring op de teller kom je terecht in een stabiele onderneming waar maatwerk, vakmanschap en specialisatie centraal staan. Ze excelleren door hun innovatieve en klantgerichte aanpak, waar uitdagingen met beide handen worden aangepakt . Als meewerkend lasinstructeur combineer je je technische expertise met een passie voor coaching en opleiding. Je speelt een sleutelrol in het begeleiden van collega-lassers, zowel starters als ervaren krachten.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je geeft jouw technische kennis door aan (toekomstige) lassers waarbij je ze begeleidt doorheen hun leerproces met een coachende aanpak
  • De nodige administratieve taken worden uitgevoerd
  • Er is nauw contact met productieleiding, preventieadviseur en sales afdeling
  • Je bent het aanspreekpunt bij technische storingen
  • Tijdens drukke momenten spring je bij als lasser, zowel TIG- lassen als halfautomaatlassen
  • Bij voorkeur heb je ervaring in een aansturende functie
  • Je kan technische plannen lezen en interpreteren
  • Kennis over halfautomaatlassen is een vereiste, ervaring met TIG-lassen is een pluspunt
  • In het kader van de veiligheid is een goede beheersing van het Nederlands verplicht
