Jobomschrijving

Je bent een aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer en houdt het overzicht over de logistieke werkzaamheden. Tegelijk werk je zelf actief mee.

  • Je werkt met de heftruck, reachtruck en transpallet en springt bij waar nodig
  • Je bewaart het overzicht over de logistieke werking en organiseert de werkzaamheden zodat alles vlot verloopt
  • Je begeleidt en stuurt collega's op een duidelijke en positieve manier aan
  • Je volgt de veiligheid, kwaliteit en correcte uitvoering van de werkzaamheden op
  • Labels en locaties scan je correct en je zorgt voor een juiste registratie van de goederenstromen
  • Bij afwijkingen of onverwachte situaties schakel je snel en denk je praktisch mee over oplossingen
  • Als aanspreekpunt op de werkvloer draag je bij aan een goede samenwerking binnen het team
  • Je helpt de logistieke werking efficiënt en georganiseerd te laten verlopen
  • Je hebt ervaring in een logistieke of magazijnomgeving en kent de dagelijkse werking
  • Je hebt ervaring met het aansturen, begeleiden of coördineren van medewerkers
  • Zelf meewerken op de werkvloer vormt een belangrijk onderdeel van deze functie en past bij jou
  • Je hebt praktische ervaring met een heftruck en/of reachtruck en beschikt over de vereiste attesten
  • Ervaring met een transpallet is een pluspunt, geen vereiste
  • Je kunt het overzicht bewaren, prioriteiten stellen en snel schakelen wanneer de planning of omstandigheden wijzigen
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met collega's en kunt medewerkers op een positieve manier begeleiden
  • Je volgt de veiligheid en kwaliteit op de werkvloer actief op
  • Je communiceert goed in Nederlands en Engels en hebt een basiskennis Frans. Dat is belangrijk omdat je leidinggeeft aan logistieke medewerkers die Nederlandstalig, Engelstalig of Franstalig zijn
