The posting

Voor een stabiele onderneming actief binnen metaalconstructie en industriële dienstverlening zijn we op zoek naar een Meewerkend Ploegbaas Montage.

Je werkt mee aan de montage van metalen constructies op verschillende werven en neemt tegelijkertijd de dagelijkse aansturing van een klein team voor je rekening.

Jouw taken

  • Je plaatst op verschillende werven metalen constructies die vooraf in het atelier werden vervaardigd.
  • Je monteert de constructies en zorgt voor een correcte afwerking.
  • Je werkt volgens technische plannen en bijbehorende stuktekeningen.
  • Je werkt actief mee met je collega's op de werf.
  • Je stuurt een klein team van monteurs aan.
  • Je verdeelt en coördineert de werkzaamheden binnen je ploeg.
  • Je zorgt ervoor dat de nodige vergunningen en administratieve documenten in orde zijn.
  • Je waakt mee over een correcte en veilige uitvoering van de werkzaamheden.
  • Je werkt regelmatig op hoogte.
  • Je communiceert duidelijk met je collega's en zorgt voor een goede samenwerking binnen het team.

We zoeken een ervaren monteur die klaar is om ook verantwoordelijkheid te nemen voor de dagelijkse aansturing van een team.

Je:

  • hebt ervaring als monteur van metalen constructies;
  • hebt ervaring met het aansturen van een team;
  • kunt technische plannen en stuktekeningen lezen;
  • beheerst het Nederlands zeer goed;
  • bent communicatief sterk;
  • neemt initiatief en hebt een positieve werkhouding;
  • beschikt over een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel;
  • werkt nauwkeurig;
  • bent dynamisch en vastberaden;
  • werkt integer en discreet;
  • kunt zelfstandig werken;
  • bent flexibel;
  • hebt geen hoogtevrees;
  • beschikt over een rijbewijs B;
  • kunt zelfstandig naar de vertrekplaats komen.
