In een snel veranderende samenleving staan de geestelijke gezondheidszorg (ggz) en de welzijnswereld voor diverse uitdagingen. De toenemende vraag naar geestelijke gezondheidszorg en begeleiding, krapte op de arbeidsmarkt, gecombineerd met een complexer wordend zorglandschap vereist een dynamische en innovatieve aanpak met digitalisering als instrument. Team Ontwikkeling & Innovatie (O&I) richt zich op implementatie van projecten die helpend zijn bij deze uitdagingen. Dimence Groep heeft een speciaal programma opgezet om deze vraagstukken aan te gaan en de brug te slaan tussen ICT & zorg; Digitaal in verbinding. Jij komt voor het overgrote deel van je dienstverband te werken binnen dat programma. Dit doe je samen met je collega's van team O&I. We zoeken een meewerkend projectleider digitale innovatie voor (bij voorkeur) 36 uur per week. Een 'aanpakker' die projectmanagement, procesbegeleiding en verandermanagement als tools inzet om veranderingen te realiseren. Team Ontwikkeling & Innovatie Team O&I richt zich op complexe en uitdagende vraagstukken. Voorbeelden zijn: - Het inzetten van nieuwe technologie in de behandeling. - Het gebruiken van data in de zorg. - De inzet van spraaktechnologie in ons primair proces. - Het ontwikkelen van een programma om de basis digitale vaardigheden te stimuleren. - Het optimaliseren van processen.
