Takenpakket

FOCUS= Jij bent het aanspreekpunt voor ECHTE vakmensen en verschillende partijen + Selectie leveranciers

  • De balie/toonzaal is jouw terrein (advies, begeleiding)
  • Als rekenkundig talent maak je offertes op maat van de klant + volg je de offertes op als geen ander (analyse vraag, controle bouwplan, kostprijsberekening, nacalculatie, ...)
  • Contact met leveranciers
  • Afronden verkoopsdossier en ervoor zorgen dat deze administratief in orde is
  • Je beantwoordt vragen van klanten en polst naar hun wensen om hen te begeleiden naar hun droomcreatie
  • Op termijn en na intensieve opleiding kan je zelfs met de klant een volledige badkamer samenstellen indien nodig (ontwerp met PC)
  • Doorheen de werkzaamheden maak je de klant wegwijs en zorg je voor de juiste begeleiding mbt de voortgang van het project
  • Klachtenbehandeling en klanttevredenheid waarborgen
  • Administratieve ondersteuning collega's buitendienst, order entry, balie
  • Doorgroei kansen tot calculator, vestigingsverantwoordelijke, ...
  • Bouwtechnische kennis is een MUST! (hvac, cv-sanitair, energie, groenmanagement, klimatisatie, elektromechanica, badkamers, ...)
  • Zowel juniors met de nodige technische bagage als seniors zijn welkom
  • Je hebt een sterke commerciële flair en bent klantgericht.
  • Je staat sterk in je schoenen en je bent een administratieve duizendpoot
  • Zaterdagwerk schrikt je niet af, in ruil voor een vrije dag door de week
