Onze partner is een aannemer voor industriële en petrochemische installaties, gespecialiseerd in tankonderhoud en tankbouw en dit wereldwijd. Ze zijn experts in het vijzelen van tanks, civiele werken, leidingwerken, turnarounds, schilderwerken, E&I, E&A, panelenbouw en engineering. Onze partner is opgericht in 1922 en kent een lange geschiedenis op het terrein van tankterminals en raffinaderijen. Vandaag de dag werken wereldwijd ongeveer 1.000 ervaren mensen voor hen. Jobomschrijving

Voor de job van voorman regio Antwerpen sta je open voor onderstaande taken.

  • Zelf uitvoeren én coördineren van preventief en correctief mechanisch onderhoud aan installaties zoals: verbrandingsinstallaties, pomp- en leidingsystemen, filters, kleppen, compressoren, lagers, stellingen enz.
  • Uitvoeren van visuele inspecties, kleine herstellingen en oplaswerken (basis laswerk met elektrode)
  • Ondersteunen en coördineren tijdens geplande stilstanden (shutdowns)
  • Waarborgen van veiligheid en correcte toepassing van procedures (LMRA, werkvergunningen, Lock-out/Tag-out)
  • Aansturen van het team (taakverdeling ’s morgens, opvolging werkbonnen, toezicht op uitvoering)
  • Vergunningen regelen, planning opvolgen en afstemmen met opdrachtgever
  • Veiligheidsrondgangen uitvoeren, aanwezigheden en verlofplanning doorgeven
  • Eenvoudig administratief werk (Excel, werkrapporten, materiaalbeheer)
  • Bedrijfsimago bewaken op site, communicatie met klant en eigen team

Dit heb je nodig voor de job

Voor de functie van voorman regio Antwerpen herken je jezelf in onderstaand profiel.

  • Een technische achtergrond in mechanica
  • Minstens 5 jaar relevante ervaring in mechanisch fabrieksonderhoud
  • Je bent bereid om zelf mee te werken op de werkvloer, maar hebt tegelijk het overzicht en de communicatieve vaardigheden om een ploeg te begeleiden
  • In het bezit van VCA VOL en rijbewijs B om je vlot te verplaatsen
