Je komt terecht in een familiale omgeving waar collega’s nauw samenwerken en de passie voor de werf en schepen voelbaar is.

Wat houdt de job in?

  • Je bereidt projecten voor en verzamelt de nodige informatie over het vaartuig.
  • Je plant hellingactiviteiten en de inrichting van de werf, inclusief het benodigde materiaal.
  • Je volgt de dagelijkse uitvoering en plannen op, stemt af met de planning en neemt deel aan overleg.
  • Je geeft instructies aan arbeiders en volgt termijnen, manuren, materieel en benodigde materialen of onderaannemers op.
  • Je voert werkplekinspecties en toolboxmeetings uit en maakt bij de oplevering een projectverslag op.
