Als Meewerkend Voorman stuur je een klein team aan en werk je zelf actief mee in het productieproces. Je zorgt dat alles soepel verloopt, van voorbereiding tot eindcontrole. Je houdt overzicht, bewaakt de kwaliteit en zorgt dat de planning wordt gehaald. Samen met je team zorg je voor een veilig en goed lopend proces.

Jouw takenpakket ziet er zo uit:- Aansturen van het team en verdelen van werkzaamheden - Bewaken van planning, kwaliteit en output - Meewerken in het productieproces van de deegmakerij - Controleren van hygiëne-, veiligheids- en kwaliteitsregels - Begeleiden van medewerkers en meedenken over verbeteringen

Je start met een inwerkperiode waarin je alle afdelingen leert kennen. Het is een functie voor 32 tot 38 uur per week.
