Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de dagelijkse werkzaamheden op het project en het coördineren van werkzaamheden van onderaannemers. Je weet als geen ander hoe het werk in elkaar steekt en regelt, organiseert en werkt mee om de klus te klaren en tot een goed einde te brengen. Je staat er niet alleen voor, want je hebt regelmatig overleg met de uitvoerder. Je bent verantwoordelijk voor de veiligheid van je collega's op het werk, dus je houdt toezicht, instrueert ze met toolboxen en houdt inspecties op de bouwplaats op uitvoeringsomstandigheden en veiligheid. Wie je bent (of wil worden) - VMBO of MBO opleiding richting de Infratechniek - Het liefst 5-7 jaar (leidinggevende) ervaring met riolerings- en grondwerk - Je beschikt over goede communicatieve vaardigheden - Je hebt ervaring met het lezen van tekeningen en weet je kennis en kunde helder over te dragen aan je collega's - In het bezit van rijbewijs BE en certificaat VCA-VOL Aanbod - Boven marktconform salaris - Aantrekkelijke aanvullende arbeidsvoorwaarden - Uitgebreide opleidings- en doorgroeimogelijkheden - Mogelijkheid tot lease auto - Een bevlogen en zeer hecht team!
