Solliciteer vandaag nog en word meewerkend voorman productie! Over het werk Dit bedrijf is op zoek naar een meewerkend voorman ter uitbreiding van het team. Terwijl je collega's op de begane grond aan het werk zijn, werk jij samen met je collega's van productie op de eerste verdieping. Op deze verdieping worden de kazen in de productielijnen ingevoerd, waarna de machines ze verwerken tot zakjes geraspte kaas. Deze worden vervolgens op de begane grond verder verwerkt. Wekelijks verwerkt dit bedrijf tienduizenden kilo's kaas in een strak georganiseerd en gestroomlijnd proces. Als meewerkend voorman wordt van jou verwacht dat je met een helicopterview het proces bewaakt en waar nodig bijstuurt. Moet een collega worden aangesproken? Dan draai jij daar je hand niet voor om. Tegelijkertijd ben je bereid om zelf actief mee te werken en bij te springen, bijvoorbeeld tijdens pauzes. Het is belangrijk dat je fysiek sterk bent, aangezien de kazen tot wel 20 kilo kunnen wegen. Je werktijden zijn van 5:45 tot 14:00 en van 13:45 tot 22:00. voor ieder gewerkt uur ontvang je een ploegentoeslag van 10%.
