Bij Naessens P. zijn we al sinds 1986 gespecialiseerd in dak- en gevelbekleding. Onze passie? Industriële bouwproducten omtoveren tot een esthetisch en duurzaam resultaat, volledig op maat van de klant. Om ons team te versterken, zoeken we een hands-on meewerkend werfleider met een oog voor kwaliteit en een passie voor de bouw.

Jouw uitdaging

Als meewerkend werfleider combineer je techniek met organisatie. Je werkt samen met je team op de werf en zorgt ervoor dat elk project vlot en nauwkeurig wordt uitgevoerd. Concreet betekent dit:

  • Samen met je collega’s plaats je gevel- en dakbekleding in metaal of volkernmaterialen.
  • Afhankelijk van het project werk je met sandwichpanelen, geprofileerde dak- en gevelplaten, vezelcement, aluminium staande naad, dakramen en regenwatersystemen.
  • Je coördineert de werf van A tot Z: opstart, planning, taakverdeling en opvolging.
  • Je stuurt een team van 8 eigen monteurs en diverse onderaannemers aan.
  • Kwaliteit en veiligheid draag je hoog in het vaandel.
  • Je werkt nauw samen met de projectleiders om elk project succesvol af te ronden.
  • Jij voelt je helemaal in je element in de buitenlucht en hebt geen hoogtevrees.
  • Oog voor detail en precisie zijn jouw tweede natuur – je wil trots zijn op je werk.
  • Je hebt een natuurlijke flair om collega’s te motiveren en hen te helpen groeien.
  • Duidelijke communicatie en een vlotte samenwerking met projectleiders en de zaakvoerder zijn voor jou vanzelfsprekend.
  • Technisch inzicht is een must – ervaring met staal of aluminium is een mooie plus!
