Als meewerkend werfleider sta je dicht bij de praktijk, werk je mee met het team en neem je tegelijk de leiding over de werven. Je krijgt de vrijheid om mee na te denken, problemen op te lossen en ervoor te zorgen dat iedere werf technisch en organisatorisch goed verloopt.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je werkt actief mee op de werven en combineert jouw praktische aanpak met het aansturen van het team
  • Je neemt de leiding over de dagelijkse werkzaamheden en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen weet wat er moet gebeuren
  • Je denkt mee over de meest efficiënte aanpak en zoekt oplossingen wanneer je voor technische of praktische uitdagingen komt te staan
  • Je volgt verschillende werven op en houdt overzicht over de planning en de nodige werkzaamheden
  • Je maakt prijzen op en zorgt ervoor dat offertes correct en tijdig worden doorgegeven
  • Je geeft bestellingen van materialen en benodigdheden door en volgt deze verder op
  • Je verzorgt de administratieve opvolging van de werven en zorgt dat informatie correct wordt verwerkt

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht bij een gespecialiseerd grondwerkbedrijf waar vakmanschap en een praktische aanpak centraal staan. Hier ben je geen nummer, maar een belangrijke schakel binnen het team. Er wordt geluisterd naar mensen die ervaring hebben en er is ruimte om zelf initiatief te nemen en mee te denken over hoe zaken beter kunnen. Als meewerkend werfleider krijg je een functie met voldoende afwisseling en verantwoordelijkheid. Je staat dicht bij de mensen op de werf, maar krijgt daarnaast ook de ruimte om organisatorisch en administratief jouw stempel te drukken. Jouw technische kennis en ervaring zijn daarbij een belangrijke meerwaarde. Respect staat centraal in de samenwerking. Iedereen krijgt de kans om zijn of haar kwaliteiten te tonen en verder te ontwikkelen. Of je nu op de werf staat, een planning uitwerkt of een oplossing zoekt voor een technisch probleem: jouw kennis telt.

  • Je hebt meerdere jaren ervaring binnen grondwerken, wegenbouw of een technisch vergelijkbare omgeving
  • Je hebt voldoende technische kennis en praktisch inzicht om zelfstandig beslissingen te nemen
  • Je bent graag actief aanwezig op de werf en hebt er geen probleem mee om zelf mee te werken
