Onze klant met een lange termijn visie staat in voor verwerking van ingrediënten voor sauzen, het coaten van koekjes en dergelijke meer. Stabiel bedrijf gelegen op 6 km van Leuven centrum. Goede werksfeer, no nonsens mentaliteit en correcte verloning.

Jobomschrijving

Als Menger/Bereider ben jij een belangrijke schakel in het productieproces. Jij zorgt ervoor dat de zoete specialiteiten met zorg en precisie worden gemaakt. Dit houdt zoal in:

  • Koken van ingrediënten zoals glucosestroop, suiker, bruine suiker, … per brander (55/60 kg).
  • Wachten en controleren tijdens het maken van de premix.
  • Uitgieten van het mengsel in koperen ketels (25kg).
  • Toevoegen van extra ingrediënten zoals noten, indien nodig.
  • Afkoelen van de bereiding in de frigo gedurende de nacht en de volgende dag malen.
  • Meewerken aan het inpakken van de producten.
  • Dagelijks droog borstelen van de werkplek en wekelijks grondig reinigen en desinfecteren volgens checklist.

Voor de functie van Menger/Bereider zoeken we iemand die kwaliteit en hygiëne hoog in het vaandel draagt. Je herkent jezelf in onderstaande punten:

  • Bij voorkeur een opleiding of ervaring in de bakkerij of voedingsindustrie.
  • Kan recepten strikt volgen en nauwkeurig afwegen.
  • Werkt netjes en precies, met aandacht voor het vermijden van kruiscontaminatie (allergenen zoals noten).
  • Heeft geen pinda- of notenallergie, aangezien er sporen aanwezig zijn in de productieomgeving.
  • Bereid om te werken in 2 ploegen en af en toe in 3 ploegen.
