Voor onze opdrachtgever werk je dagelijks aan aluminium constructies en dunwandig plaatwerk met moderne metaalbewerkingsmachines. Je leest technische tekeningen, stelt onderdelen zelfstandig samen en werkt aan hoogwaardige producten binnen de productieomgeving. Geen dag is hetzelfde door de afwisseling tussen lassen, zagen, kanten en montagewerkzaamheden. Wat ga je doen? In de rol ga je aan de slag als Metaalbewerker / Constructiemedewerker binnen een moderne productieomgeving. Je werkt dagelijks met dunwandig plaatmateriaal (1-2 mm) van aluminium en gegalvaniseerd staal en stelt constructies zelfstandig samen aan de hand van technische tekeningen. Het walsen, kanten en zagen van plaatwerk en profielen hoort tot je vaste werkzaamheden. Daarnaast voer je montagewerkzaamheden uit, zoals boren, schroeven en blindklinknieten van onderdelen en constructies. Ook werk je met een lasbank om metalen onderdelen nauwkeurig af te lassen en af te werken volgens de juiste kwaliteitseisen. Naast het bewerken van metaal controleer je de maatvoering en kwaliteit van de geproduceerde onderdelen. Je zorgt voor een nette en veilige werkplek en signaleert afwijkingen tijdens het productieproces. Kleine technische problemen los je zelfstandig op zodat de productie soepel blijft verlopen. Binnen deze functie krijg je veel afwisseling tussen constructiewerk, plaatbewerking en montage. Hierdoor blijf je jezelf ontwikkelen binnen de metaalbewerking en techniek.
