Steek jij graag de handen uit de mouwen en haal je voldoening uit mooi afgewerkt werk? Dan voel je je hier snel thuis. Als parelstraaloperator zorg je ervoor dat inox onderdelen er weer perfect uitzien. Je werkt met degelijk materiaal, bent fysiek bezig en ziet elke dag het resultaat van je werk. Ervaring is mooi meegenomen, maar motivatie, technisch inzicht en zin om bij te leren vinden we minstens even belangrijk. Je komt terecht in een no-nonsense werkomgeving waar collega's elkaar helpen en waar hard werken hand in hand gaat met een goede sfeer.

Wat ga je doen?

  • Je maakt inox onderdelen klaar voor het parelstralen door ze te reinigen en af te schermen waar nodig
  • Je stelt de parelstraalinstallatie correct in en bedient ze veilig
  • Je werkt onderdelen af, van kleine stukken tot grote constructies
  • Je controleert of alles netjes en volgens de kwaliteitsnormen is afgewerkt
  • Je voert kleine correcties uit waar nodig

Waar ga je werken? Je komt terecht in een stabiele onderneming waar mensen centraal staan. Geen ingewikkelde structuren of onnodige regels, maar een team dat samen de schouders onder het werk zet. Collega's helpen elkaar, nieuwe medewerkers krijgen de tijd om alles goed te leren en inzet wordt gewaardeerd. Hier krijg je de kans om elke dag praktisch bezig te zijn, met degelijk materiaal te werken en mee te bouwen aan kwalitatieve technische projecten. Hard werken is belangrijk, maar er is ook ruimte voor een grap en een fijne werksfeer.

  • Ervaring met parelstralen is een plus, maar geen must
  • Je bent fysiek in orde en houdt van actief werk
