The posting

Huys Liggers ist ein kleines und junges Stahlbauunternehmen, dass für Konstruktionsunternehmen aus den Bereichen Utilität, Stahlbau und seit kurzem auch für den On- und Offshore Bereich konstruiert und produziert. Wir sind seit 2009 aktiv und haben uns zu einem Unternehmen mit ca. 15 festen Mitarbeitern entwickelt.

Worauf sind wir spezialisiert?

Wir produzieren komplexe Konstruktionen aus Profilen und Blechen. Unsere Stärke liegt in der Konstruktion von diversen Trägern, beispielsweise Stahlbetonträger, Blechträger oder Wabenträger. Diese werden unter anderem in Tragekonstruktionen für Gebäudedecken/-böden, Dächer oder Brücken verwendet. Aber auch spezielle Träger fertigen wir auf Kundenwunsch an.

Zur Erweiterung und Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir eine/n

Metallbauer/in / Konstruktionsmechaniker/in (keine Schichtarbeit)

In dieser Stelle bist du verantwortlich für das Zusammenstellen und Montieren von Stahlteilen und (Hilfs-) Konstruktionen an Hand der vorliegenden Produktionszeichnungen.

Uns ist wichtig, dass du unsere Kernkompetenzen Ehrlichkeit, Begeisterung und Zuverlässigkeit teilst und in der Produktion weitergibst. Wir wollen durch das Streben nach diesen Kompetenzen unsere Produktion konstant verbessern. Hierbei spielst du eine wichtige Rolle für das Team.

Was sind deine Hauptaufgaben?

- Arbeitsprozesse, wie das Schutzgasschweißen, Autogenschneiden, Bohren, Lochen, Schleifen, Biegen und Stanzen gehören zu deinem Aufgabengebiet; - Zusammenbau von Stahlkonstruktionen nach Zeichnung; - Durchführen von Maßkontrollen der Einzelbauteile und der zusammengebauten Bauteile an Hand der Produktionszeichnung(en); - Du sorgst für die richtige Vorarbeit, z.B. durch das Anzeichnen der Schweißnahtdicke;

Welcher Person suchen wir?

- Du besitzt eine abgeschlossene Schlosser- oder Mechanikerausbildung und hast Berufserfahrung im Metallbau; - Du hast Erfahrung in der Schweißtechnik und dazugehörige Schweißerzertifikate MIG/MAG - Kenntnisse in der Schweißtechnik und Schweißprozessen sind von Vorteil; - Die Arbeit innerhalb eines kleinen Betriebes mit einem kleinen Team spricht dich an; - Wir erwarten, dass du Zeichnungen lesen kannst; - Transportkräne kannst du bedienen und sicher mit Ihnen transportieren; - Du achtest auf eine sichere und angenehme Arbeitsumgebung für dich und deine Kollegen; - Du kannst dir die Bauweise und Reihenfolge bei der Konstruktion und dem Schweißvorgang vorstellen und hast Verständnis für die Arbeitsweise - Hands-On und praktisch eingestellt umschreibt deinen Charakter und deine Arbeitsweise;
