Für unseren Standort in Linz suchen wir Sie als Verstärkung für unser Team: 1 Metalltechniker - Zerspanungstechnik Dreher (m/w/d) Linz Vollzeit

Für diese Position bringen Sie mit:

* Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Bereich Metalltechnik - z. B. Zerspanungstechnik

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Drehen bzw. auf Komplettbearbeitungsmaschinen (Dreh-Bohr-Fräseinheiten)

* Flexibilität und Überstundenbereitschaft

* 3-Schichtbereitschaft

* Genaue, gewissenhafte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

* Hohes Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Der Stelle entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse

* Teamfähigkeit

* Kran- und Staplerschein von Vorteil

* Grundkenntnisse im SAP (zurückmelden von Aufträgen) erwünscht

Folgende Aufgaben erwarten Sie:

* Einstellen und bedienen von CNC-Drehbearbeitungsmaschinen

(WFL-Millturn-Komplettbearbeitungsmaschinen)

* Fertigen von Drehteilen inkl. angetriebenen Fräswerkzeugen

(Serien- und Einzelteilen)

* Durchführung von Rüstarbeiten und Einstelltätigkeiten inkl. Werkzeugwechsel sowie kleinere Maschinenwartungen

* Selbstständiges Abwickeln von Aufträgen

* Eigenständiges Lesen von Zeichnungen

* Überwachung sämtlicher Prozessschritte im Fertigungsprozess

* Laufende Qualitätsüberprüfung, Durchführung von Messtätigkeiten und Dokumentation

* Fehlerbehebung und eigenständige Korrekturmaßnahmen am Bauteil

* Durchführung von einfachen Programmkorrekturen

Für diese Position gilt ein Mindestbruttojahresgehalt von € 50.400,- (Vollzeitbasis - 38,50 Stunden). Abhängig von beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir gerne zu einer marktkonformen Überzahlung bereit!
