Als Microsoft 365 & Azure Consultant (m/w/d) bei eworx begleitest du unsere Kund:innen bei der Weiterentwicklung ihrer Microsoft-Infrastruktur - von der ersten Analyse über Architektur und Implementierung bis zum laufenden Ausbau. Dabei verbindest du Microsoft 365, Azure, Collaboration und Security zu Lösungen, die im Arbeitsalltag wirklich funktionieren und arbeitest du eng mit unseren Spezialist:innen aus den Bereichen Network, Infrastructure, Datacenter und Security zusammen.

Was dich erwartet

* Beratung, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Microsoft 365- und Azure-Lösungen * Analyse bestehender Kundenumgebungen und Entwicklung moderner Cloud- und Hybrid-Architekturen * Planung und Umsetzung von Microsoft 365- und Cloud-Migrationen * Konzeption und Weiterentwicklung von Lösungen mit Microsoft Teams, SharePoint Online und OneDrive * Aufbau und Optimierung von Identity & Access Management mit Microsoft Entra ID * Umsetzung moderner Sicherheitskonzepte mit MFA, Conditional Access und rollenbasierten Berechtigungen * Absicherung von Microsoft-365-Umgebungen mit Technologien aus der Microsoft Defender- und Security-Welt * Beratung rund um Microsoft Intune, Endpoint Management und Endpoint Security * Durchführung von Kundenworkshops, technischen Assessments und Präsentationen * Begleitung unserer Kund von der Idee über die Umsetzung bis zur laufenden Weiterentwicklung

Was wir erwarten * Mehrjährige Erfahrung im Microsoft 365-, Azure- oder Modern-Workplace-Umfeld * Verständnis für moderne Cloud-, Identity- und Security-Konzepte * Freude daran, technische Anforderungen zu analysieren und daraus gute Lösungen für Kund:innen zu entwickeln * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise * Kommunikationsstärke und Freude am direkten Kundenkontakt * Interesse daran, neue Microsoft-Technologien kennenzulernen und praktisch einzusetzen

Eine klassische IT-Ausbildung oder ein Studium ist für uns weniger entscheidend als deine praktische Erfahrung, dein technisches Verständnis und deine Begeisterung für Microsoft-Technologien.

Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass für diese Position gemäß IT-Kollektivvertrag ein Mindestgehalt von € 65.000 Brutto/Jahr auf Vollzeitbasis (38,5h/Woche) vorgesehen ist. Abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung sind wir bereit, entsprechend mehr zu bezahlen. Keine All-In-Verträge.
