Stellenbeschreibung

Deine Aufgaben

* Benutzer- und Lizenzverwaltung: Du erstellst und verwaltest Benutzerkonten, Gruppen und Lizenzen in Microsoft 365

* Security & Compliance: Du setzt Richtlinien für Datenschutz, Zugriffskontrolle und Compliance-Anforderungen um - inklusive Conditional Access Policies

* MDM / Intune: Du betreust Microsoft Intune (MDM), definierst Policies und unterstützt beim Geräte- und App-Management im MS-Cloud-Kontext

* Systemintegration & Optimierung: Du führst neue Funktionen ein, verbesserst Prozesse und automatisierst wiederkehrende Tasks (z. B. mit PowerShell)

* Projektarbeit: Du wirkst bei Migrationen, Updates und Rollouts von Microsoft 365-Diensten mit - von der Planung bis zur Umsetzung

Qualifikationen

Dein Profil

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung im IT-Umfeld (oder vergleichbare Erfahrung)

* Fundierte Kenntnisse in Microsoft 365 (Exchange Online, SharePoint, Teams, OneDrive...)

* Mehrjährige Erfahrung mit Microsoft Intune sowie ein gutes Verständnis für MDM-Themen

* Erfahrung in PowerShell-Skripting und Automatisierung

* MS Azure Zertifizierung von Vorteil

* Verständnis für IT-Sicherheit, Datenschutz und Compliance-Anforderungen

* Du kommunizierst klar, arbeitest strukturiert und findest Lösungen, die im Alltag funktionieren

Das Mindestgehalt für diese Position liegt - abhängig von Qualifikation und Erfahrung - bei € 55.000,-- brutto pro Jahr. Das Jahresgehalt setzt sich zusammen aus 14 Monatsgehältern und einer garantierten Prämie.
