1 Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer_in (m/w/d) ... der_die Freude daran hat, komplexe technische Herausforderungen zu lösen und innovative CRM-Lösungen aktiv mitzugestalten. In dieser Rolle liegt der klare Fokus auf der Entwicklung von Plugins, der technischen Umsetzung anspruchsvoller Anforderungen sowie der Integration moderner Microsoft-Technologien - primär in Cloud-Umgebungen.

Du arbeitest in interdisziplinären, agilen Projektteams und bringst dein technisches Know-how von der Konzeption bis zum stabilen Betrieb ein.

Die Position ist österreichweit ausgeschrieben und hybrid angelegt (Homeoffice und Vor-Ort-Einsätze). Wenn du nicht in Wien oder Graz wohnst, ist eine Anwesenheit in Wien etwa alle zwei Wochen vorgesehen

Deine Aufgaben * Konzeption, Entwicklung und Integration anspruchsvoller Anwendungen und Unternehmensportale auf Basis von Microsoft Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 * Entwicklung von Plugins sowie JavaScript-/TypeScript-Komponenten für Microsoft Dynamics CRM * Mitarbeit am Solution Design in enger Abstimmung mit Kund_innen und Projektteams * Technische Umsetzung und Unterstützung von Deployments in Cloud- und On-Premise-Umgebungen * Beratung von Teammitgliedern bei der technischen Umsetzung fachlicher Anforderungen * Sicherstellung eines stabilen und reibungslosen CRM-Betriebs (Infrastruktur, Datenflüsse, Schnittstellen) * Mitarbeit an CI/CD-Pipelines, Release-Prozessen und technischen Optimierungen * Unterstützung bei der Integration externer Systeme und Services

Dein Profil * Mehrjährige Erfahrung als Microsoft Dynamics CRM Developer oder in einer vergleichbaren Entwicklerrolle * Sehr gutes Verständnis der Plugin-Entwicklung, JavaScript-/TypeScript-Entwicklung und des technischen Solution Designs * Erfahrung mit CI/CD-Prozessen und modernen Entwicklungsworkflows * Gute Kenntnisse im Microsoft-Technologie-Stack rund um Dynamics CRM / Dynamics 365 * Erfahrung mit Skript- und Programmiersprachen wie C#, TypeScript/JavaScript, PowerShell, HTML sowie Versionsverwaltung (z. B. Git / Git-Flow) * Idealerweise Erfahrung im Requirements Engineering sowie in der technischen Beratung von Kund_innen * Strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und eigenverantwortliche Arbeitsweise * Gesicherte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, gute Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
