* Aktive Mitarbeit bei Incidents und Problemlösungen in Zusammenarbeit mit dem Servicedesk sowie 2nd und 3rd Level Teams

* Kontrolle und Koordination von Serviceanfragen

* Begleitung von Rollout-Projekten

* Planung, Abstimmung und Durchführung von IT-Änderungen

* Nutzung von Kundenprozessen und -tools

* Pflege der Dokumentation und Durchführung von Reporting- und Exportfunktionen

Überzeuge uns mit deinen Qualifikationen

* IT Betriebserfahrung, insbesondere im Bereich Operations

* Tiefgehende Kenntnisse in Microsoft Windows 11

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft SCCM (Softwarepaketierung) und Microsoft Intune

* Fähigkeiten im Bereich Scripting sowie Kenntnisse der ITIL-Prozesse

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise und ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten

* Teamfähigkeit und Flexibilität, um mit verschiedenen Aufgaben und Anforderungen umzugehen

Für diese Position beträgt das Jahresbruttogehalt mindestens EUR 45.000. Wir bieten eine marktkonforme Überzahlung abhängig von Ausbildung, beruflicher Qualifikation und Erfahrung.
