¿Wij zijn op zoek naar twee enthousiaste tijdelijke support medewerkers die ons Mid- en Front Office-teams versterkken. In deze afwisselende rol zorg jij voor een vlekkeloze administratieve afhandeling, een warm onthaal en breng jij structuur in onze dagelijkse werking en lopende projecten.

Wie zoeken wij?

  • Je hebt ervaring met of sterke affiniteit voor administratieve ondersteuning in een klantgerichte omgeving.
  • Je bent communicatief sterk (zowel mondeling als schriftelijk) en een professionele gesprekspartner voor kandidaten, klanten en collega's.
  • Je bent proactief, kunt snel schakelen tussen verschillende taken en houdt het overzicht.
  • Je bent tijdelijk beschikbaar en vindt het leuk om bij te springen op diverse vlakken.
  • Je hebt een goede talenkennis (NL/FR/ENG)
  • Je bent in het bezit van een bachelor of master diploma
  • Tewerkstelling: Je werkt voltijds in het kantoor van Gent en je bent beschikbaar tot en met het einde van het jaar (2026).

Jouw takenpakket

  • Front Office & Onthaal: Je bent het eerste aanspreekpunt voor bezoekers en klanten (fysiek en telefonisch). Met jouw representatieve en klantgerichte houding zorg je voor een professionele uitstraling.
  • Communicatie & Contacten: Je onderhoudt vlot contact met klanten, kandidaten en externe partners, en helpt hen snel en doelgericht verder met hun vragen.
  • Mid Office & Administratie: Je ondersteunt het team bij de administratieve opvolging en verwerking van dossiers en gegevens om alle processen gestroomlijnd te laten verlopen.
  • Projectondersteuning: Je denkt mee en helpt actief bij het uitvoeren van interne projecten (zoals de uitrol van onze rebranding en procesoptimalisaties).
