Golfrausch - ein kleines Team aus der Freizeitbranche, das sich aufgemacht hat, die Minigolf Welt mit einem völlig neuen Konzept zu erobern. Wir bieten Minigolf Erlebniswelten für die Extraportion Spielspaß und sind die neue Freizeitattraktion im Wiener Auhof Center.

Wir suchen:

Für unser Team suchen wir Unterstützung in Form eines Minigolf Guides (m/w/d) auf Vollzeit Basis (Teilzeit auch möglich) mit Einstiegsdatum Oktober/ November 2026

* Betreuung unserer Kund_innen: Begrüßung, Einweisung und Hilfestellungen

* Prüfung und Bearbeitung der Buchungen

* Rechnungslegung, Kassenführung und -abrechnung

* Organisatorische und administrative Aufgaben sowohl im Front- als auch Back-Office-Bereich (bspw. Beantwortung von E-Mails & Telefonanrufe, Ausstellung von Gutscheinen)

* Instandhaltung der Bahnen (Reinigung, kleine Reparaturen)

* Fallweise Getränkeausgabe in unserer Bar mit Lounge

* Kurzum: Garantieren, dass unsere Gäste eine gute Zeit haben

Wir erwarten:

Ob als Profi mit Berufserfahrung oder im Quereinstieg - bei uns zählt Persönlichkeit, Verlässlichkeit und gute Qualitäten im Umgang mit vielen Menschen. Außerdem zeichnet dich aus:

* Hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein und Serviceorientierung sowie Leidenschaft für die Freizeitbranche

* Offenes, kommunikatives Auftreten sowie eine gute Ausdrucksweise in Deutsch & Englisch

* Talent, Leidenschaft und Begeisterungsfähigkeit im Umgang mit Menschen

* Bereitschaft zu unüblichen Arbeitszeiten (wir haben abends und am Wochenende geöffnet)

* Eine kommunikative, offene und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit

* Gründlichkeit und Sorgfalt

* Sprachkenntnisse: Deutsch und Englisch in Wort und Schrift (Sprachniveau B2)

* Berufserfahrung in der Freizeitbranche oder z.B. Hotellerie/Gastronomie von Vorteil, aber nicht zwingend. Interesse an einem Quereinstieg ist ebenfalls in Ordnung

* Zu guter Letzt: Interesse an der Materie, an Spielen, Minigolf und der Freizeitbranche

Unser Angebot

* 30-40h/ Woche auf Teilzeit oder Vollzeitbasis.

** innerhalb unserer Rahmenöffnungszeiten: Mo-Do 9-20 Uhr, Fr+Sa 9-21 Uhr, Sonn- und Feiertage 10-20 Uhr

* Auf 40h Basis bei € 2.200 brutto/Monat (je nach Erfahrung/Qualifikation)
