Dann bist du bei uns genau richtig. Nach einer gründlichen Einschulung durch unsere erfahrenen Kollegen stellst du Betonmischungen her, arbeitest eng mit Produktion und Labor zusammen und sorgst mit deinem Einsatz für die Qualität unserer Produkte. Werde Teil unseres Teams und gestalte mit uns die Zukunft des Bauens!

Dein Aufgabengebiet:

* Herstellung hochwertiger Betonmischungen für unsere Produktionslinien

* Bedienung und Überwachung unserer modernen Mischanlage

* Abstimmung mit Produktion, Labor und Betontechnologie

* Sicherstellung der Materialversorgung für die Fertigung

* Qualitätskontrollen, Probenahmen und Dokumentation

* Mitwirkung bei Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und Optimierungsarbeiten

Das bringst Du mit:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im handwerklichen, technischen oder industriellen Bereich

* Erfahrung in der Produktion, im Anlagenbetrieb, im Baustoffbereich oder in einem vergleichbaren Umfeld von Vorteil

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an Beton- und Baustofftechnologie

* Bereitschaft, fehlende Fachqualifikationen (z. B. Betontechnologie) zu erwerben

* Keine Scheu, bei der Reinigung und Wartung der Mischanlage anzupacken

* Gute Deutsch- und gute MS Office-Kenntnisse

* Eigenverantwortliche und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Teamgeist
