Produktion

Sie möchten mit Präzision, technischem Verständnis und Verantwortung an hochwertigen Forster-Produkten mitarbeiten? Zur Verstärkung unseres Produktionsteams suchen wir eine/n Mitarbeiter/in in der Blechbiegetechnik. In dieser Position arbeiten Sie an modernen voll- bzw. teilautomatisierten Biegezentren.

Aufgabengebiet:

* Rüsten, Einstellen, Bedienen und Überwachen von automatisierten Biegezentren

* Anpassen und Optimieren von Programmen für automatische Handling- und Biegezyklen

* Fertigung von präzisen Blechteilen - von Einzelstücken bis hin zur Großserienfertigung

* Laufende Qualitätskontrollen gemäß Zeichnungen und Vorgaben

* Durchführung von Wartungs-, Reinigungs- und einfachen Instandhaltungsarbeiten

Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene Lehre oder Fachschule im Bereich Maschinenbautechnik, Fertigungstechnik, Mechatronik, Metalltechnik oder vergleichbare Ausbildung

* Technisches Verständnis und Interesse an modernen Fertigungsanlagen

* Erfahrung in der Blechbearbeitung, im Abkanten oder an Biegezentren von Vorteil

* Genauigkeit, Sorgfalt und hohes Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Selbstständige, zuverlässige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit und Einsatzfreude

* Bereitschaft zur Arbeit im Schichtbetrieb
