Wir suchen: 1 Mitarbeiter im Gebäudemanagement (w/m/d) Sie behalten auch dann den Überblick, wenn viele organisatorische Fäden gleichzeitig zusammenlaufen? In dieser abwechslungsreichen Position übernehmen Sie eine zentrale Rolle in der Standortorganisation eines internationalen Industrieunternehmens. Mit Ihrem technischen Verständnis, Ihrer strukturierten Arbeitsweise und Ihrem Gespür für Servicequalität tragen Sie dazu bei, dass Infrastruktur, Gebäudeprozesse und interne Dienstleistungen zuverlässig ineinandergreifen.

Aufgabengebiet

* Steuerung laufender organisatorischer Agenden rund um Gebäude, Infrastruktur und standortbezogene Services

* Abstimmung mit internen Fachbereichen, externen Dienstleistern sowie Behörden und Partnerunternehmen

* Bearbeitung von Bestellungen, Bedarfsanforderungen, Rechnungen und zugehörigen Freigabeprozessen

* Aufbereitung von Kostenübersichten, Budgetdaten, Kennzahlen und Management-Reports

* Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Dokumentationen, Ablagestrukturen und administrativen Prozessen

* Organisation von Fuhrpark-, Reinigung-, Sicherheits- und Außenanlagenagenden am Standort

Skill-Set

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung auf Matura-Niveau, idealerweise mit technischem Schwerpunkt (HTL, HAK oder Ähnliches)

* Erste Berufserfahrung im Facility Management, Projektkoordination oder einem vergleichbaren Umfeld

* Interesse an technischen Anlagen, Gebäudethemen und kaufmännischen Zusammenhängen

* Routine im Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel und PowerPoint; SAP-Erfahrung ist ein Plus

* gute Deutschkenntnisse sowie gutes Englisch für die Zusammenarbeit in einem internationalen Umfeld

* Verlässliche, strukturierte und serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit Kommunikationsstärke

Das Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3.000 und EUR 4.200 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
