Sie sind technisch versiert, arbeiten gerne im Team und behalten auch in hektischen Situationen den Überblick? Dann sind Sie bei uns genau richtig! Für unseren Toolshop suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit, die mit Sorgfalt und Verantwortungsbewusstsein die Ausgabe, Verwaltung und Pflege unserer Werkzeuge und Betriebsmittel übernimmt. In dieser zentralen Rolle tragen Sie aktiv zur reibungslosen Produktion und zum Erfolg unseres Unternehmens bei.

Deine Aufgaben

* Wartung, Reparatur und Neuanfertigung von Aushärtewerkzeugen

* Anfertigen und Reparieren von Hilfsmitteln (Gummi)

* Durchführung von Versuchsreihen

* Bereitstellung von Informationen zur Zielerreichung hinsichtlich Output & Qualität

* Dokumentation von Abweichungen bzgl. Arbeitsanweisungen

* Behebung der Störungen vom Equipment

Dein Profil

* Mind. Hauptschulabschluss

* Technische Ausbildung z.B. als Schlosser_in, Mechaniker_in oder Tischler_in

* Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im handwerklichen Bereich

* Fingerfertigkeit

* Genaue und saubere Arbeitsweise

* Deutsch in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige Arbeitsweise

Der Einstiegslohn für Mitarbeiter im Toolshop beträgt in einer dreimonatigen Einarbeitungsphase mindestens € 2.803,32 brutto. Danach steigt der Monatslohn auf mindestens € 2.935,70 brutto jedoch max. auf € 3.165,95 brutto ohne Überstunden oder div. Zulagen.

Der Bruttomonatslohn (Holzindustrie) liegt laut Kollektivvertrag zwischen € 2.459,91 (exkl. ÜSt. und Schichtzulage) und € 2.795,58.
