Unser Expansions-Team verantwortet die Erschließung, Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung unserer Filialstandorte.

Für unsere Österreich-Zentrale suchen wir eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Vertragsmanagement und Expansionsinnendienst.

Sie fühlen sich wohl in Konzernstrukturen mit klaren Prozessen und unterschiedlichen Schnittstellen. Gleichzeitig schätzen Sie die Dynamik des Tagesgeschäfts und behalten auch unter Zeitdruck einen kühlen Kopf. Mit Genauigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Hands-on-Mentalität sorgen Sie für die zuverlässige und qualitätsbewusste Abwicklung administrativer und vertraglicher Prozesse.

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Matura, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation), idealerweise mit Schwerpunkt Immobilienwirtschaft, Rechtswesen oder Vertragsmanagement

* Berufserfahrung in der kaufmännischen Sachbearbeitung, Vertragsverwaltung oder einer koordinativen Innendienstfunktion, vorzugsweise in der Immobilienbranche oder einem juristischen Umfeld

* Gutes Verständnis für vertragliche Zusammenhänge und rechtliche Fragestellungen, idealerweise durch Erfahrung im Umgang mit Verträgen

* Hohe Genauigkeit, Verlässlichkeit und ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein in einem dynamischen Umfeld auch bei kurzfristigen Änderungen

* Organisationstalent sowie die Fähigkeit, auch bei mehreren parallelen Themen den Überblick zu behalten

* Professionelle Kommunikationsfähigkeit sowie gesicherte Deutsch- und MS-Office-Kenntnisse

So sieht Ihr Alltag aus

* Eigenständige Betreuung des Mietvertragsprozesses von der Interessensbekundung bis zur laufenden Vertragsverwaltung

* Prüfung, Pflege und Verwaltung von Mietverträgen sowie Objekt-, Standort- und Vertragsdaten

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit dem Außendienst sowie interne und externe Schnittstellenkoordination in Österreich und Deutschland

* Administrative Begleitung von Standortprojekten und Unterstützung bei der Bewertung neuer Immobilienangebote

* Erstellung von Auswertungen, Entscheidungsgrundlagen und vertragsbezogenen Unterlagen nach konzernweiten Standards und Prozessen
