Wir sind ein Bauunternehmen und suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams einen vielseitigen Allrounder, der Freude an abwechslungsreichen Tätigkeiten rund um den Wohnungsumbau und die Sanierung hat. 1 Mitarbeiter_in als Allrounder_in im Bau- und Sanierungsbereich Qualifikation/Ausbildung

* Eine abgeschlossene Ausbildung ist nicht erforderlich - entscheidend sind praktische Erfahrung, handwerkliches Geschick und eigenständiges Arbeiten.

Zusatzqualifikationen

* Führerschein Klasse B erforderlich

* Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

* Selbstständige, verlässliche und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Teamfähigkeit, Flexibilität und körperliche Belastbarkeit

Berufserfahrung

* Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung im Bau- oder Sanierungsbereich erforderlich.

Aufgaben / Tätigkeiten

Wir sanieren Wohnungen in Graz und Umgebung - jeder Tag bringt neue, abwechslungsreiche Aufgaben.

Ihr Tätigkeitsbereich umfasst unter anderem:

* Abbrucharbeiten, z. B. Entfernen von Wänden, Bodenbelägen oder Altmaterialien

* Einziehen von Stahlträgern (I-Trägern) bei Umbauten und statischen Anpassungen

* Trockenbauarbeiten, inklusive Errichten von Zwischenwänden, Deckenverkleidungen und Spachtelarbeiten

* Bauarbeiten im Innenbereich, wie Maurer-, Estrich- oder Putzarbeiten

* Fliesenlegerarbeiten sowie Bodenverlegung (z. B. Laminat, Parkett, Vinyl)

* Maler- und Ausbesserungsarbeiten im Innenbereich

* Türenmontagen und kleinere Reparatur- bzw. Anpassungsarbeiten

* Selbstständige Abwicklung von Teilaufgaben - nicht alle Tätigkeiten müssen perfekt beherrscht werden, aber mehrere sollten eigenständig erledigt werden können

Arbeitsort: Graz und Umgebung (Steiermark, Österreich)

Arbeitszeit: Vollzeit, Montag bis Freitag (40 Stunden pro Woche)

Arbeitsbeginn: Ab sofort

Bruttogehalt bei Vollzeit: 3.271,35 € (169,5h)
