Als Verstärkung in unserem SILLPARK-CENTER-TEAM suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter:in Center-Technik Vollzeit

SILLPARK Innsbruck (Österreich)

IHRE AUFGABEN

* Instandhaltung: Sie warten und pflegen alle technischen Anlagen im Innen- und Außenbereich des Centers.

* Sicherheit: Sie verantworten die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Sicherheitskonzepte und dokumentieren diese.

* Reparaturen: Sie führen Kleinreparaturen an unterschiedlichen Gewerken durch (Schrankenanlagen, Rolltore, Lüftungsanlagen,...).

* Koordination: Sie organisieren externe Dienstleister:innen und stellen sicher, dass diese nach den behördlichen Vorgaben arbeiten.

* Event-Aufbau: Sie unterstützen die Kolleg:innen des Center-Teams bei den technischen Einrichtungen für Events und dazugehörige Aufbauten.

IHR PROFIL

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung und Berufserfahrung im Bereich Elektrotechnik, Gebäudetechnik, HKLS oder ähnliches. Gerne sind auch Quereinsteiger:innen mit technischem Grundwissen herzlich willkommen.

* gute IT-Anwenderkenntnisse (Office 365)

* Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift der Tätigkeit entsprechend

* Einen Teamplayer:in mit hoher Kundenorientierung und zeitlicher Flexibilität

* Technisches Multitalent mit handwerklichem Geschick, der/die es liebt vielfältig sowie eigenständig zu arbeiten und mit Leidenschaft bei der Sache ist
