Wir suchen ab sofort für unseren Kunden 1 MITARBEITER_IN CUSTOMER SERVICE (M/W/D)

Arbeitsort: Gössendorf

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Selbständige Betreuung von Kunden

* Kaufmännische Auftragsabwicklung (Erfassung, Dokumentation, Nachverfolgung und Fakturierung von Kundenaufträgen)

* Aktive sowie administrative Unterstützung des Verkaufs-Außendienstes

* Telefonische und schriftliche Kundenbetreuung

* Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen

* SAP-Erfassung aller Vertriebsbelege

* Schnittstelle zwischen internen und externen Ansprechpartnern

* Versandkoordination in Zusammenarbeit mit der Logistikabteilung

* Bearbeitung von Kundenreklamationen in Zusammenarbeit mit den Fachabteilungen

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise auf höherem Niveau

* Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung im Vertriebsumfeld

* Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift; weitere Sprachkenntnisse z.B.: Spanisch, Französisch von Vorteil

* Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Teamorientierung sowie Flexibilität

* Hohes organisatorisches Geschick, verbunden mit ausgeprägter Kundenorientierung und Verantwortungsbewusstsein

* Sehr gute MS-Office-Anwenderkenntnisse

* SAP-Grundkenntnisse sowie Erfahrung im Umgang mit CRM-Systemen von Vorteil

* Offen auftretende, selbstbewusste Persönlichkeit mit hoher Eigenmotivation und ausgeprägter Einsatzbereitschaft

* Einstiegsgehalt ab € 3.000,00,- brutto/Monat mit der Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung aufgrund Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung
