Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams eine engagierte Persönlichkeit im Bereich Customer Service / Support, die mit Serviceorientierung, Kommunikationsstärke und Lösungsdenken überzeugt. 1 Mitarbeiter*in Customer Service & Procurement (m/w/d) Beschäftigungsausmaß: Vollzeit

Ihre Aufgaben:

Nach einer Einschulungsphase liegt der Schwerpunkt Ihrer Tätigkeiten in folgenden Aufgaben:

º Koordination und Abstimmung von Mengen und Lieferterminen mit den Kunden

º Planung und Verwaltung kundenseitiger Forecast-Mengen sowie die Versorgungssicherheit gem. den vertraglichen Vereinbarungen sicherstellen

º Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen, Änderungsmanagement sowie aktive Kommunikation und Lösungsfindung mit Kunden

º Durchführung der Materialbeschaffung, Bearbeitung von Bestellungen und Auftragsbestätigungen (inkl. EDI) sowie Überwachung

der Liefertermine und Eskalationsmaßnahmen

º Erstellung und Analyse von Auswertungen und Kennzahlen (z.B. Lieferperformance, Materialrisiken, Lagerbestände) sowie

Ableitung geeigneter Maßnahmen

Ihr Profil:

º Abgeschlossene kaufmännisch oder technisch Ausbildung (z.B. HAK, HTL, Lehre mit Berufserfahrung)

º Erste Berufserfahrung im Bereich Customer Service, Auftragsmanagement, Supply Chain Management oder Einkauf von Vorteil

º Sicherer Umgang mit MS-Office

º Gute Deutsch- und sehr gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

º Strukturierte, selbständige und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägtem Organisationsgeschick,

analytischem Denkvermögen sowie hoher Kunden- und Serviceorientierung
