Wir suchen ab sofort 5 Mitarbeiter_in für den gehobenen Portierdienst mit Leitstand (VZ/TZ) für ein Objekt in 1040 Wien

Gesucht werden absolut verlässliche und motivierte Mitarbeiter_innen als erste Ansprechperson für für die Geschäftsführung, Mitarbeiter_innen, Besucher_innen, Lieferant_innen und Fremdfirmen bei einem großen, exklusiven Objekt in 1040 Wien.

Zu ihren Aufgaben zählen unter Anderem die Begrüßung und Verabschiedung internationaler Kund_innen. Durch ihr höfliches und diskretes Auftreten hinterlassen Sie einen professionellen Eindruck.

Aufgabengebiet:

* Besucher_innenservice

* Rundgangskontrollen

* Zutrittskontrollen

* Telefonmanagement

* Schlüsselverwaltung, Kartenverwaltung

* Erfassung und Verwaltung von Lieferanten und Fremdfirmen

* Allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Tätigkeiten

* Unterstützung der hauseigenen Sicherheitszentrale

* Auskunftsdienst

* Besucher_innen betreuen

* u.v.m.

erwartet wird:

* Erfahrung als Portier_in bzw. Empfangsmitarbeiter_in von Vorteil

* Der Tätigkeit entsprechende, verhandlungssichere Deutschkenntnisse in Wort/Schrift

* gepflegtes Äußeres und beste Umgangsformen

* kund_innenorientiertes Auftreten

* Vertrauter Umgang mit EDV-Systemen

* Technisches Verständnis, Brandschutzausbildung von Vorteil

* selbstständiges, verantwortungsvolles Handeln

* Konfliktfähigkeit

* Organisationstalent

* Stressresistenz, Zuverlässigkeit und Pünktlichkeit

* Teamfähigkeit

* Diskretion

Die Dienstzeiten sind Montag bis Freitag werktags von 06:00 bis 22:00 Uhr im Wechseldienst.

Beschäftigung auf Vollzeitbasis, aber auch auf Teilzeitbasis möglich (25 - 40 Stunden/Woche)

Der Dienst wird im schwarzen Anzug mit weißem Hemd bzw. in schwarzer Hose mit weißer Bluse durchgeführt.

Gute Erreichbarkeit mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln.

Die Entlohnung erfolgt auf Stundenbasis gemäß KV Bewachung, Verwendungsgruppe B.
