Die Stadtgemeinde Mödling sucht zur Verstärkung ihres Teams ab sofort eine_n 1 Mitarbeiter_in für die Lohnverrechnung (Vollzeit) Ihre Aufgaben

Als engagierte Fachkraft führen Sie nach einer Einarbeitungszeit gemeinsam mit einem zweiten Bediensteten selbständig die Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für rund 400 aktive Bedienstete, 41 Mandatare/Mandatarinnen und rund 100 Pensionisten durch, verwalten die Arbeitszeiterfassung für rund 70 Bedienstete und arbeiten aktiv im Lohnverrechnungsbereich an der Erstellung des Voranschlages und Rechnungsabschlusses (z.B. auch Berechnung von Rückstellungen) mit.

Wir erwarten

Neben den allgemeinen Aufnahmeerfordernissen gemäß dem NÖ GBedG 2025 (österreichische Staatsbürgerschaft oder unbeschränkter Zugang zum österreichischen Arbeitsmarkt, volle Handlungsfähigkeit, einwandfreies Vorleben, bei männlichen Bewerbern abgeleisteter Präsenz- oder Zivildienst) erwarten wir:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z.B. abgeschlossene Lehre, Handelsschule oder gleichwertiger Schulabschluss).

* Ausgeprägte kommunikative Fähigkeiten in Wort und Schrift.

* Fähigkeit zur selbständigen, genauen und zuverlässigen Arbeitsweise.

* Einschlägige Berufserfahrung, absolvierter Lohnverrechnungskurs sowie Anwenderkenntnisse in Bezug auf das Lohnverrechnungs-Programm "Gemdat k5 lohn" von Vorteil.

* Sehr gute MS Office-Kenntnisse (insbesondere Excel).

* Kenntnisse der Verwaltungsabläufe im öffentlichen Dienst sowie die abgelegte Dienstprüfung für den Rechnungsfachdienst sind von Vorteil.

Wir bieten

* Vollbeschäftigung im Ausmaß von 40 Wochenstunden.

* Die Einstellung erfolgt vorerst befristet mit der Option auf eine unbefristete Verlängerung.

* Einstufung gemäß NÖ GBedG 2025 in die Verwendungsgruppe V1.

* Monatliches Mindestentgelt: € 2.763,50.
