Für die Begleitung und Betreuung von Menschen mit Behinderung brauchen wir deine wertvolle Unterstützung im Rahmen des vollbetreuten Wohnens für die "WG Lindenbauergasse" 1110 Wien ab sofort im Rahmen von 30 Wochenstunden (ab 1.1.2027 Erhöhung der Stunden 33-35h möglich) 1 Mitarbeiter:in für die WG Lindenbauergasse (m/w/d) 30h Aufgabengebiet:

* Unterstützung und Begleitung im lebenspraktischen Bereich, z.B. Haushaltsführung

* Gestaltung und Begleitung der Freizeit in der Gruppe sowie individuellen Interessen

* Begleitung und Unterstützung bei der Gesundheitsvorsorge, medizinische Begleitung und pflegerische Handlungen

* Unterstützung zum Erhalt und zur Erweiterung persönlicher und sozialer Kompetenzen

* Begleiten von Mitspracheprozessen und Ermöglichen von Teilhabe in der Gesellschaft

* Zusammenarbeit mit Angehörigen, Erwachsenenvertretern und Ämtern

* Dokumentation des Alltags

Unsere Anforderungen

Wir suchen eine:n erfahrene:n und engagierte:n Mitarbeiter:in, der/die Freude an der Arbeit mit Menschen hat und folgende Qualifikationen mitbringt:

* Abgeschlossene pädagogische oder pflegerische Ausbildung bzw. in Ausbildung befindend

* UBV oder Bereitschaft zur Qualifikation "Unterstützung in der Basisversorgung"

* WG-Erfahrung von Vorteil

* Begeisterung für Menschen in all ihrer Vielfalt und Einzigartigkeit

* Respektvoller, wertschätzender und empathischer Umgang

* Team- und Reflexionsfähigkeit

* Bereitschaft zu Nacht-und Wochenenddiensten, Flexibilität beim Einspringen
