Du kennst die Werkstatt, möchtest aber auch bei Planung und Organisation mitgestalten? In dieser vielseitigen Position packst du in der Schlosserei mit an und bist in der Arbeitsvorbereitung am Start.

Du fertigst Bauteile, koordinierst Produktionsaufträge und sorgst dafür, dass Material, Informationen und Termine zur richtigen Zeit am richtigen Ort zusammenkommen. Damit bist du eine wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Fertigung, Zerspanung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Logistik. 1 Mitarbeiter_in für Fertigung & Arbeitsvorbereitung (AVOR)

Das sind deine Aufgaben:

FERTIGUNG UND SCHLOSSEREI

º Mechanische Fertigung nach Zeichnung

º Schweißen, Bohren, Sägen, Schleifen, konventionelles Fräsen und Entgraten

º Rüsten, Ausrichten und Vorbereiten von Roh- und Vormaterial

º Durchführung von Qualitäts- und Maßkontrollen

º Fertigmeldung von Produktionsaufträgen und Einlagerung der gefertigten Teile

ARBEITSVORBEREITUNG

º Planung, Koordination und Überwachung von Produktionsaufträgen

º Nachverfolgung von Fertigstellungsterminen und Abstimmung der nächsten Arbeitsschritte

º Koordination des Material- und Informationsflusses

º enge Zusammenarbeit mit Fertigung, Zerspanung, Konstruktion, Einkauf und Logistik

º Überwachung von Fertigungszeiten und Produktivität

º Weiterentwicklung und Verbesserung bestehender Fertigungsabläufe

Das bringst du mit:

º abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, beispielsweise in Metalltechnik, Maschinenbautechnik oder einem vergleichbaren Bereich

º praktische Erfahrung in der Fertigung, Schlosserei oder Metallbearbeitung

º sicheres Lesen und Verstehen technischer Zeichnungen

º Interesse an Arbeitsvorbereitung, Produktionsplanung und Koordination

º technisches Verständnis und ein ausgeprägtes Qualitätsbewusstsein

º eine strukturierte, lösungsorientierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise

º Organisationstalent und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Fachbereichen

º Fähigkeit, den Überblick zu behalten und gleichzeitig selbst mit anzupacken

º idealerweise Erfahrung mit einem ERP- oder Produktionsplanungssystem
