Durch seine optimale Anbindung an die Verkehrsträger Schiff/Bahn/LKW und die Nähe zum Flughafen Wien - Schwechat fungiert er als leistungsstarke Schnittstelle internationaler Handels- und Transportwege. Zur Verstärkung unseres Teams suchen wir 1 Mitarbeiter*in Facility Management - Haustechnik

Ihre Aufgaben:

* Wartung und Inspektion an gebäudetechnischen Einrichtungen

* Durchführung von Störungsbehebungen

* Kleinere Instandsetzungsarbeiten

* Koordination und Kontrolle externer Dienstleister

* Unterstützung bei der Abwicklung von Umbau-, Reparatur-, und Sanierungsprojekten.

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung, idealerweise im Bereich Installationstechnik

* Berufserfahrung im Bereich technisches Facility Management

* Handwerkliches Talent

* Von Vorteil: Brandschutzbeauftragte*r

* MS Office - Kenntnisse

* Führerschein B

* Eigeninitiative

* Hohes Maß an Zuverlässigkeit, Loyalität und Diskretion

* Freundliches und kompetentes Auftreten
