Ihre Aufgaben

* Erstellung und Prüfung von Ausgangsrechnungen unter Berücksichtigung vertraglicher und gesetzlicher Vorgaben

* Bearbeitung von Gutschriften und Rechnungskorrekturen

* Pflege und laufende Aktualisierung abrechnungsrelevanter Stammdaten

* Klärung von Rückfragen rund um Rechnungen und Abrechnungen

* Enge Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb und Buchhaltung

* Unterstützung bei Monats- und Jahresabschlüssen

* Mitarbeit bei der laufenden Optimierung unserer administrativen Abläufe und Prozesse

Das bringen Sie mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Auch Berufseinsteiger sind bei uns herzlich willkommen

* Gute MS-Office Kenntnisse, insbesondere Excel

* Strukturierte, eigenständige und erfolgsorientierte Arbeitsweise

* Ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis und ein Auge fürs Detail

* entsprechende Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse - weitere Fremdsprachen von Vorteil

* Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Abteilungen

* Lernbereitschaft und eine proaktive Arbeitsweise
