Dein Aufgabengebiet

* Bearbeitung und Verbuchung von Lieferantenrechnungen in ERP-Systemen wie SAP oder DATEV

* Sicherstellung der Einhaltung interner Richtlinien und Qualitätsstandards

* Analyse, Dokumentation und kontinuierliche Optimierung kaufmännischer Prozesse

* Erstellung aussagekräftiger Reports und Auswertungen mit Excel, Power BI und ähnlichen Tools

* Pflege, Überwachung und Weiterentwicklung relevanter Kennzahlen (KPIs)

* Unterstützung im Qualitätsmanagement sowie bei der Umsetzung von ISO-Standards

Dein Profil

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische, betriebswirtschaftliche oder technisch-wirtschaftliche Ausbildung bzw. Studium

* Erste Berufserfahrung in Buchhaltung, Rechnungswesen, Controlling oder ähnlichen kaufmännischen Bereichen

* Sehr gute Excel-Kenntnisse sowie Interesse an modernen Reporting- und BI-Tools

* Erfahrung im Umgang mit ERP-Systemen wie SAP, DATEV oder vergleichbaren Lösungen

* Kenntnisse in Prozessoptimierung und Analyse von Geschäftsabläufen (z. B. Lean Management)

* Der Anforderung entsprechende Deutschkenntnisse, Englischkenntnisse von Vorteil
