Ihre Aufgaben

* Fakturierung von in- und ausländischen Kunden, inkl. Bearbeitung von Belastungen und Reklamationen

* Debitorenmanagement inkl. Mahnwesen und Verbuchung von Bankauszügen

* Laufende Salden- und Kontenabstimmungen

* Allgemeine buchhalterische Tätigkeiten

* Mitarbeit an Prozessoptimierungen sowie allgemeinen administrativen Tätigkeiten

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (z. B. Lehre, HAK/HAS oder vergleichbar)

* Sie konnten bereits mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich der Finanzbuchhaltung bzw. Fakturierung sammeln

* Der sichere Umgang mit MS-Office und ERP-Systemen sowie ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sind für Sie selbstverständlich.

* Persönlich überzeugen Sie durch Ihre hohe Motivation und Ihr Engagement. Sie arbeiten strukturiert, genau und selbstständig. Zudem bringen Sie eine ausgeprägte Affinität für Prozessoptimierung und Digitalisierung mit und haben Freude daran, bestehende Abläufe zu hinterfragen und aktiv weiterzuentwickeln.
