Ihre Aufgaben:

* Professionelle Betreuung und freundliche Beratung unserer Kunden im Markt

* Aktive Unterstützung des Verkaufs durch Zusatzverkäufe sowie die Präsentation von Aktionen und saisonalen Schwerpunkten

* Kompetente Ansprechperson bei Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen

* Sicherstellung eines laufenden und zeitgerechten Warennachschubs

* Sorgfältige Auszeichnung und Kontrolle der Preise

* Optimale Schlichtung und ansprechende Warenpräsentation für ein gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild der Abteilung

* Zusammenstellung und Kommissionierung der Kundenbestellungen mit modernen elektronischen Hilfsmitteln

* Mitverantwortung für eine attraktive, saubere und gepflegte Abteilung

Ihr Profil:

* Abgeschlossene Ausbildung und/oder Berufserfahrung im Lebensmittelhandel oder in der Gastronomie von Vorteil

* Freundliches, höfliches und hilfsbereites Auftreten

* Ausgeprägte Kunden- und Serviceorientierung

* Zuverlässige und sorgfältige Arbeitsweise

* Gepflegtes Erscheinungsbild und saubere Arbeitskleidung

* Freude am Kontakt mit Menschen sowie an der Arbeit im Team
