Wir suchen zur Verstärkung unseres Teams 1 Mitarbeiter_in im Backoffice

Ihr Aufgabengebiet:

* Administration der Personalagenden im Bereich Personalbereitstellung und Beratung

* Aktive Ansprache von Kund_innen und Bewerber_innen

* Kundenbetreuung und Unterstützung des Vertriebs

* Betreuung von Bestandskunden sowie Neukundenakquise

* Suche und Vorauswahl von passenden Bewerber_innen

* Selbstständige Stellenschaltung und Profilerstellung

* Bewerbungsgespräche führen / Referenzeinholung

* Begleitung der Bewerber_innen und Unternehmen im Bereich Personalvermittlung und Personalbereitstellung

* Angebotserstellung, Auftragsabwicklung und Abrechnung

Ihr Anforderungsprofil:

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung

* Berufserfahrung im Personal- und/oder Dienstleistungsbereich von Vorteil

* Eigenständiges Arbeiten und sehr gute organisatorische Fähigkeiten

* Professionelles und sympathisches Auftreten

* Sehr gute MS-Office Kenntnisse

* Gute Selbstorganisation, selbstständiges Arbeiten und Teamfähigkeit

* Vollzeit 38,50 Stunden/Woche oder Teilzeit mind. 20,00 Stunden/Woche
