In der Abteilung Flottenentwicklung arbeitest du gemeinsam mit Kolleg:innen daran, die verabschiedete Fahrzeugstrategie umzusetzen und die wirtschaftliche Steuerung unseres Fuhrparks weiterzuentwickeln. Mit deinem Einsatz schaffst du Transparenz über Leistungen, Kosten und Zielerreichung und unterstützt fundierte Entscheidungen durch aussagekräftige Analysen und Kennzahlen.

Dein Job, du ...

* unterstützt die fachliche Steuerung des Fuhrparks durch die Aufbereitung, Analyse und Interpretation von Kennzahlen.

* führst Plan-/Ist-Vergleiche sowie Abweichungsanalysen durch und identifizierst Handlungsbedarfe.

* bereitest Entscheidungsgrundlagen für Management und Stakeholder:innen auf.

* analysierst Entwicklungen, Trends und Zusammenhänge und leitest gemeinsam mit den Fachbereichen geeignete Maßnahmen ab.

* erstellst Reports, Auswertungen und Prognosen und sorgst für eine transparente Darstellung der relevanten Steuerungsgrößen.

* unterstützt die Planung und laufende Steuerung von Fahrzeug- und Leistungsentwicklungen.

* verfolgst vereinbarte Maßnahmen nach und unterstützt bei der Bewertung ihrer Wirksamkeit.

* koordinierst die Abstimmung mit internen und externen Schnittstellen und stellst eine konsistente Datenbasis sicher.

Dein Profil, du...

* verfügst über ein einschlägiges abgeschlossenes Studium (z.B. Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen, BWL, Technik mit wirtschaftlichem Schwerpunkt) oder über eine vergleichbare Ausbildung mit entsprechender Berufserfahrung.

* hast bereits Erfahrung im Reporting, Datenmanagement oder in vergleichbaren analytischen Tätigkeiten gesammelt.

* bringst ein ausgeprägtes Zahlenverständnis sowie analytisches Denkvermögen mit.

* arbeitest strukturiert, selbstständig und lösungsorientiert.

* erkennst Abweichungen und Zusammenhänge rasch und leitest daraus Handlungsempfehlungen ab.

* hast Freude daran, Prozesse und Steuerungsinstrumente weiterzuentwickeln.

* nimmst idealerweise Kenntnisse im Eisenbahn- oder technischen Umfeld mit und verstehst wirtschaftliche Zusammenhänge.

Unser Angebot

* Für die Funktion "Spezialist:in Fuhrparkmanagement" ist (laut Kollektivvertrag Eisenbahnunternehmen) ein Mindestentgelt von € 55.307,- brutto/Jahr bei einem Beschäftigungsausmaß von 38,5 Wochenstunden vorgesehen. Je nach Qualifikation und Berufserfahrung ist eine Überzahlung möglich.
