* Abwicklung der Kundenbestellungen mit Hilfe des KASTNER Warenwirtschaftssystems

* kompetenter, telefonischer Kundenkontakt

* Bearbeitung von Kundenretouren und Reklamationen sowie professionelles Reklamationsmanagement

* Aktiver Telefonverkauf

* Administrative Tätigkeiten (Belegerstellung, Abrechnungstätigkeiten, etc.)

Ihr Profil

* Sie verfügen über eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung (Lehre, Fachschule, HAK, HLW oder Ähnliches).

* Sie bringen Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position mit.

* Sie haben fundierte Kenntnisse in der Anwendung von Microsoft Office Programmen.

* Sie bringen Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Lebensmitteln mit.

* Sie sind eine zuverlässige, durchsetzungsstarke und stressresistente Persönlichkeit.

* Sie arbeiten strukturiert und verantwortungsbewusst.

Gemäß GIBG veröffentlichen wir ein Mindestentgelt von € 31.514,-- brutto pro Jahr auf Basis Vollzeitbeschäftigung.
