Standort: Oberpullendorf für unsere Tochtergesellschaft Kromberg & Schubert Holding GmbH

Das sind die Aufgaben:

* Unterstützung der Fachbereiche bei IT- Fragen sowie 1st- Level Support für Hard- und Software (Ticket-System)

* Betrieb und Überwachung der Rechenzentrums- und Serverlandschaften zur Gewährleistung von Daten und Systemverfügbarkeiten 24/7

* Installation, Konfiguration und Updates von Hard- und Softwaresystemen

* Verwaltung / Wartung der IT-Infrastruktur (Netzwerk, Server, Clients, Active Directory, Switch, Firewall, Wifi, VoIP)

* Accountmanagement (Windows, Krosy, Token, WLAN, Collaboration)

* Mobiles Devicemanagement (Laptops, iPhones, iPads, Tablet, mobile Scanner)

* Accountmanagement (Windows, Krosy, Token, WLAN, Telefonie, Collaboration)

* Erstellen von Anwenderdokumentationen und Pflege der FAQs

Die idealen Startbedingungen:

* Abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung (Lehre, HTL, FH, Uni) oder vergleichbare Berufsausbildung

* Praktische Erfahrung im IT-Support und in der Systemadministration idealerweise im Industrie-Umfeld von Vorteil

* Fundiertes Wissen in Betriebssystemen, Netzwerktechnologie, IT Sicherheit, Client-server Umgebungen, sowie Office-Lösungen von Vorteil

* Erfahrung mit Microsoft SQL und UNIX von Vorteil

* Teamfähigkeit, Serviceorientierung

* Kommunikationsstärke, Selbständigkeit, Flexibilität

* Strukturierte und genaue Arbeitsweise

* Englische Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift

* Deutsche Sprache fließend in Wort und Schrift

* Abgeleisteter Präsenz-/Zivildienst bei männlichen Bewerbern
